Lunch Option:

Traditional Pancha Karma detox suggests eating Kichadi during cleansing.

Option A) Enjoy a fresh, delicious & healthy homemade Ayurvedic meal

Homemade Vegetarian Kichadi, Vegetables and Herbal Tea $50/day

Option B) Prepare your own daily Kichadi lunch – supplies and Instructions can be available upon request.
